Frequently asked questions

How long does an app take to build?
Most apps take 10 to 30 days of work, depending on the plan. Before it is published, a few of your staff on Mahé, Praslin or La Digue can test it on their own phones.
Can my customers pay in the app?
Yes, with the Business App. We choose the payment methods with you, according to who your customers are.
Which languages will the app use?
We set the languages of the app with you, and they are written into the quote. Tell us during the free call who will use it: guests, guides or crews.
iPhone, Android, or both?
The Essential App works on one of the two, your choice. From the Pro App, it works on iPhone and Android: we build it once for both, which lowers the price and the timeline.
Who puts the app on the App Store and Google Play?
We do. It is published on Apple and Google accounts opened in your name, so that it stays yours. The registration fees charged by Apple and Google are paid by you: we state them in the quote.
Does the app belong to me?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the app is yours, with its content and its source code.
What happens after delivery?
The first month of support is included. After that, a monthly plan covers the updates required by Apple and Google, security and backups. The Business plan also includes up to 5 hours of changes per month (texts, prices, photos…).
