    This site shows our prices in Central African CFA francs, excluding taxes. You pay our invoices by international bank transfer. If that does not suit you, tell us during the free call.

  • Taxes: ask your accountant first

    Paying a supplier based abroad can trigger a withholding tax and Cameroonian VAT on your side. The tax treaty between France and Cameroon may also affect the rate. Your accountant can confirm what your company needs to declare.

  • Law No. 2024/017 and your customer file

    Cameroon's 2024 law on personal data makes consent the rule. It also sets prior formalities with a data protection authority, including authorisation to send data abroad. Before any work begins, we state in writing where your data will be hosted.

  • Same time as Paris in winter

    Cameroon keeps the same time all year. From late October to late March, Douala and Paris are on the same time; in summer, Paris is one hour ahead. Calls are easy to fit into your working day.

Can you work with an English-speaking business in Buea, Limbe or Bamenda?
Yes. From the free call to the weekly check-in, everything runs in English, and so does our AI assistant. Your AI agent can reply to English-speaking customers in English too.
Do you have an office in Douala or Yaoundé?
No. Nexaura is a French digital agency based near Paris, with no premises in Cameroon. We run every project remotely, by video call, email and WhatsApp messages. Each week, we review progress with you.
Will my customers get answers in English and in French?
Yes. English and French are both official languages in Cameroon, and your agent follows the language each customer writes in. A message in Pidgin or a national language goes to a person on your team.
How do I pay you from Cameroon?
By international transfer from your bank in Cameroon. Prices on this site are shown in FCFA, excluding taxes. A withholding tax may apply when you pay us, so check with your accountant.
Do you work with businesses outside mainland France?
Yes. We are based near Paris and work remotely: video calls, email and WhatsApp. Quotes, follow-up and support are all handled at a distance.
In which language do you work?
In English: the free call, the quote, follow-up and support. Your website, app or AI agent can be in English, French or both, as you prefer.
Is the first call really free?
