Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Mauritius?
No. Nexaura is a French company based near Paris, with no office on the island. From the free call to support, everything runs by video call, email and written WhatsApp messages.
Can my customers write in English, French or another language?
Your agent answers in English and French, the written languages most Mauritian customers use. Messages in another language are passed to a person on your team rather than risk a poor answer.
Which currency will you invoice me in?
In euros, paid by international bank transfer from Mauritius. Your bank converts the amount at its own rate. Would another currency suit you better? Tell us during the free call.
Do you also build custom software?
Yes, on quote after the free 20-minute call. Tell us which process you want to organise: stock, bookings or a client portal for your Mauritian customers. We tell you what is realistic, then send a written quote within 48 hours.
