    Under Rwanda's Law No. 058/2021, any business that processes personal data registers with the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA). Keeping that data outside Rwanda needs its authorisation. We give you in writing where each tool is hosted, for your file.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Rwanda?
No. Nexaura is a French company based near Paris, with no office in Kigali or anywhere else in Rwanda. Everything runs by video call, email and written WhatsApp messages.
Can my customers write in English or French?
Yes. Your agent replies in the language of each message, English or French. A message in any other language goes to a person on your team.
Do I need a data protection certificate from the NCSA?
If you process the personal data of people in Rwanda, you must register with the NCSA, even if your company is established abroad. The NCSA issues a registration certificate within 30 working days of receiving the application. We supply the hosting details your application asks for.
Do you also build software for my business?
Yes, on quote after the free call. Typical ideas include a stock management tool for a wholesaler in Gikondo or a job tracker for a building firm in Rwamagana.
Do you work with businesses outside mainland France?
Yes. We are based near Paris and work remotely: video calls, email and WhatsApp. Quotes, follow-up and support are all handled at a distance.
In which language do you work?
In English: the free call, the quote, follow-up and support. Your website, app or AI agent can be in English, French or both, as you prefer.
Is the first call really free?
