How much does an AI agent cost for a business in Rwanda?

What changes the price
- The number of tools it must work with: your calendar, WhatsApp, your mailbox, your customer file…
- The number of conversations it handles each month: answering 50 customers or 1,000 is not the same job.
- What you hand over to it: simple questions, a few questions to understand a request, or several tasks at once (appointments, quotes, follow-ups).
- The follow-up you want: regular check-ins and adjustments to its answers.

What affects the price in Rwanda
Euros, excluding taxes
Rwanda uses our price list for African markets served in euros. You pay by international bank transfer.
Taxes on your side
Buying a service from a French company can mean a tax in Rwanda. Your accountant in Kigali confirms what applies to you.
WhatsApp fees
Meta bills some messages according to the country of the recipient's number. For a Rwandan business with foreign guests, we estimate this before launch.
Your EBM and your tools
Linking the agent to your spreadsheet, calendar or EBM workflow may need connection work. The written quote prices it clearly.
