  • One sale, one entry

    Anyone carrying out a taxable activity issues tax invoices through the RRA's EBM, VAT-registered or not. Custom software can record each sale once and prepare what the EBM needs.

  • The VSDC for your own system

    The RRA offers a Virtual Sales Data Controller, designed for businesses whose own invoicing system must be integrated with EBM. We study that route with you and your accountant before promising anything.

  • School management systems

    Schools often ask for one place to follow pupils, classes and fee payments. Parents, teachers and the bursar each see only their own part.

  • Data stored outside Rwanda

    Under Law No. 058/2021, storing personal data outside Rwanda requires authorisation, and controllers register with the NCSA. We tell you in writing where the software is hosted before we start.

What changes the price of custom software

Custom software is always quoted: no two projects are alike. The written quote gives the price excluding taxes and the timeline, before any commitment.

  • The number of people and roles: one user, or a team where each person only sees what concerns them.
  • Connections to your tools: accounting, calendar, email, Excel or Google Sheets files, your website.
